However, a pivotal shift occurred in 2017 when we began contemplating the integration of an AI-based platform for consultancy services. Recognising the immense potential to broaden our outreach on a global scale, little did we anticipate the profound relevance of this decision during the tumultuous years of 2020-23, marked by the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. As the world swiftly transitioned to a technology-driven paradigm, characterised by digitally-enabled information exchange, the imperative for an AI-based platform became increasingly apparent.
