Sehatpedia CO. W.L.L. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Healthematics website (www.healthematics.com) and offers various subscription services. Refund requests for subscription services are handled as follows:
Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests for monthly subscriptions must be made within 2 weeks of the initial purchase. No refunds will be issued after this period.
Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests for annual subscriptions must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase. No refunds will be issued after this period.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support at [info@healthematics.com] with the subject line "Refund Request." Please include your name, contact information, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within [5] business days.
For one-time purchase services offered on Healthematics, refunds will be provided within 14 days of the purchase date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
